Cozy In-Law Suite in South Lakeland

The apt. is in a perfect location, a short drive to so many stores & restaurants. Natacha has a very quick response time and provides a very clean space with heat & ac and many amenities. I definitely recommend the place.

Natacha was awesome, I had trouble getting in because I was trying lock box on house by fence and not the one on door. My mistake was fine after I opened gate and Natacha responded right away. Best hostess I have ever had. Place was in quiet neighborhood. Was close to groceries, drug stores and restaurants. Place was very clean and had everything you needed. We will be back. Thank You!

Great location and wonderful stay!

Second time we've stayed here, clean and comfortable, close to everything, perfect for 2 people, pet friendly, host is very accommodating, she allowed us an extra day early arrival. We will likely return next trip. Thanks

This is my second stay here. Its very clean and has everything you could need. Natacha is very good with communication and check in/out is a breeze with the new keypad.

i had a short business trip and this place was perfect

No surprises, all was as advertised. Clean and quiet. Other than a vague dog bark on the first night, didn’t hear a sound while I was there.It’s a relatively small space, which worked well for me, but personally I’d feel cramped if a spouse or partner were joining me.The kitchen was stocked, although I didn’t avail myself of any of it. Only thing I used was the full-sized refrigerator.I’d be a little concerned about staying there during the summer, as the heating/cooling unit on the wall isn’t very quiet, and the ceiling fan grinds at anything but low speed, but not an issue during cooler months. The mattress wasn’t terrible, but I didn’t find it as comfortable as others stated in previous reviews.All-in-all it was a good stay and I’d likely stay again in the future.

This property was perfect for my stay in Lakeland to watch spring training baseball. The process was easy and the rental was as described. A great host and the neighborhood was walkable.

We wish we would have known about the rather large step between the entry/kitchen area and the bedroom/bath area. Being older that was an issue, especially at first. It was very clean and neat. We finally found the instructions for the hotplate and toaster oven on the 5th day there. Also, we took cold showers until realizing the Hot/Cold water valves were reversed. Then it was fine.

We came into town for a few days to see family and this cozy spot was great for us. Perfect for two people just looking for a nice quiet place to stay. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. Perfect for those evening or morning walks. Host was very responsive and so nice. Was super close to so many things. Perfect location. Will definitely stay here again when we’re back in town!

It was a cute, clean and well kept Apt. that had plenty of toiletries and the little things you might need. There is a nice size kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and has a private entrance. Natacha responds quickly to questions and checked on us to make sure we were happy with everything. I would definitely stay here again when in Lakeland.

This little apartment was perfect for my stay. It was very clean, very well stocked and the bed/pillows were amazingly comfortable. Natalia was great with communication and all the little touches put her a notch above other hosts
