If you’re coming to Greenville for business or a conference, imagine staying in the heart of downtown Greenville! GSP International Airport is only 17 minutes away, and you are a mere 15 minutes from just about everything else Greenville has to offer!

This unit is convenient and comfortable, with 1 bedroom and 1 full bath. You'll enjoy comfortable mattresses with professionally cleaned linens, flat-screen Smart TVs, WIFI, a full kitchen featuring new appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and stainless steel cookware. There’s even a washer and dryer (with a complimentary starter set of detergent and softener!)

Please be aware that this unit is located in a bustling downtown area, and noise from street traffic and nearby businesses may be audible during your stay. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience, but please note that refunds will not be given due to noise levels. We do provide a white noise machine for your stay.

You can park in the parking garage on Spring St. for about $7 a day or you can try to get a free spot in the streets surrounding the apartment.

In order to comply with our insurance requirements, we require guests to sign a vacation rental agreement AFTER booking.
Look for an email which includes a link to this document. Don`t see the email Double Check Spam Folders!
After the agreement is signed, you will receive all necessary instructions for your reserved home!

Pet fees are NOT included in Airbnb Reservations (due to Airbnb software limitations) so we collect Daily Pet Fees AFTER booking is confirmed (for pet-friendly properties). If guests are bringing pets, they MUST let us know so we can send the pet fee and deposit request. Fees must be paid in order to receive access codes and instructions. We understand things may be overlooked, but we may have to charge penalties for Guests who do not let us know they are bringing a pet.

All renters are responsible for any intentional damages or theft at our rental properties.  Additional charges may apply for items such as abuse, damage above normal wear & tear, pet damage, theft and additional cleaning costs when necessary. 

What if I need to change my reservation -
If a guest would like to change a home due to a variety of reasons (home does not suit needs, guest does not like location), we will attempt to alter reservation to another home to ensure guest satisfaction. Prices per home vary and guest will have to agree to the new rate prior to being moved. Guest will have to pay cleaning fees per home and applicable pet fees per home. 

What about cancellations
With COVID, cancellations can happen and we want to try to work with guests. Airbnb only allows us a set cancellation policy which we set as Strict. Although we don`t allow for immediate reimbursements, we will offer a credit for a future stay if the property is able to be rebooked for your dates!
