Cozy Gem in heart of historic Livingston, Montana

Clean. Quiet. Close to everything. Perfect!

It was cute. Walking distance to Downtown.

This quaint little apartment had a well stocked kitchen, very clean, and in a neat older neighborhood where we enjoyed walking. Would stay here again.

My husband and I absolutely loved this apt. It was so nice, clean, and decorated well. It really felt like our home away from home!

Cozy gem is right!!! The hostess was attentive and had the place clean and beautifully decorated, just as the pics show. Livingston is a lovely little town, and it was just the respite I needed!

This was a perfect home base for our Montana adventures. Clean, great kitchen, nice washer and dryer — all the comforts and coziness of home.

Cozy Gem was perfect! Great location, quiet and very comfortable. Having washer/dryer was very helpful! We were visiting my daughter who lives few blocks away and this close proximity hiked make our trip even better. I would stay here again! Wooten

Everything was above expectation! The apartment was clean, the bed perfect! And it’s located in a perfect spot, I could walk to almost everything I needed. An excellent choice!

We enjoyed having a few days in one place to rejuvenate, do laundry, and prepare for our last leg of our vacation. The property served me very well, and the location was perfect. It was clean, quiet, and efficient. I’ve stayed in several different properties in Livingston and would certainly consider this one again in the future.

Great little place for two people. Well taken care of and comfortable. There is no place to sit outside and enjoy the weather and no dishwasher. We weren’t home much so it worked perfectly.

Great little place to stay. Very cozy & clean everything is so close. Very comfortable beds and pillows. If we have to come back to stay in Livingston we will definitely be looking this place up. Very ideal if it’s just you or you and your spouse.

We came to Livingston for an event that was downtown. This was the perfect location for us as we could walk to everything.

Fabulous stay in Livingston. Apartment had everything we needed and host was very communicative. Free parking was a breeze on Clark Street. Walking distance to everything you’d want in downtown; shops, bars, the river!

We love this place so much we returned again this year! Ann is wonderful. A quiet, lovely, clean and cozy place with everything you need. Kitchen has the utensils you need. Loved having a washer & dryer. Easy walk to downtown, the park and the farmers market. Quick access to Yellowstone and Bozeman. Look forward to staying here again in the future. It becomes our home away from home. Wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well laid out and had everything we needed. It was also close to restaurants, etc.

This was my third time at this property over the last 2 years. It has been consistently clean, comfortable and quiet. Host communications are also great. The location is also good as you can walk to many downtown restaurants etc. I highly recommend it.

A wee bit of home away from home.

After three weeks on the road, our stay at the Cozy Gem was a welcome rest stop. Comfy bed and furnishings, a well stocked kitchen, and laundry room fulfilled our practical needs. The decor and special touches however, created a cozy environment that made us feel pampered. The location was perfect for sampling some of Livingston’s restaurants, bars, and shops. Don’t miss the Mint for great burgers and a beer and the Pickle Barrel for sandwiches to go!! Highly recommend the Cozy Gem.
