Cozy Florida Getaway w/ Pool Access & Ocean Views!

I did not speak with a host on this trip. I received no check in information and had to call the company line to get in.

This was a great place to stay. Clean, convenient, very comfortable. Great view.

The place was nice, location was nice as well. I have a few gripes that I think others/managers should know about. We were give 1/4 roll of toilet paper and told they only get you started then you provide the rest. Fine, but that needs to be stated. Instead the listing says we provide toiletries and paper towels. Also, the shower leaks everywhere. We used most of our towels to soak up the water. I have never left any negative feedback in a review but I think these issues need to be addressed. Other than that, everything was as expected.

Location was great, right on the beach at the ocean. If you stay here, ask for specific directions as to how to use the lock, where your unit is, and where you should park as there are several parking lots. Only one luggage cart for the complex so plan to carry your items by hand. Kitchen was great and coffee was provided - four cup coffee maker and a hot pot. Bed was comfortable. This unit faces due east so, in the summer, the sun shines directly at the unit until late morning - better time to go to the beach rather than sitting on the balcony.

When we arrived, I noticed immediately there was no outdoor furniture on the balcony as pictured online. I contacted the host who informed me that the owner doesn’t provide outdoor furniture. I responded to the host that this seems odd since it’s a beachfront property, the photos show furniture included on the balcony and it’s just weird to not provide that for a beachfront rental. The host agreed and did go purchase two foldout chairs for us to use during our stay and had them there within 30 minutes. The host did what they could at the time to rectify the issue and I appreciated that. The only other issue we had was that the shower is poorly designed and there are no seals on the bottom or around the sides of the glass shower doors so you’ll have to line the bottom of the shower with a towel to prevent the floor from collecting water from the shower. I didn’t contact the host about as it wasn’t something that could be fixed during our stay, but something they should address. I noticed a huge water stain at the bottom of the shelving in the bathroom where someone had already flooded the floor before so this has been an ongoing issue apparently. We were attending the Rockville concert for several days so the location was excellent for us. We enjoyed the pool and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was nice to have the small cooktop and microwave to make breakfast each day and enjoy coffee on the balcony. We would stay here again.

The property is exactly what is pictured. Nice ocean view! The property manager was fantastic! It was the cleanest place we have stayed in for a while. That makes the stay much more enjoyable.

We had a great stay at the property. Loved the balcony directly to the ocean and the electronic shades on the balcony doors where a life saver. Apartment was clean. Check in was super easy and the keyless entry soooo convenient.

First off let me say the check in staff was amazing! Super friendly! Plenty of parking places(I was worried because of my big yukon denali), very nice indoor and outdoor pool. Only complaint is the ac felt like it never got cold
