Cozy Court Street #3 Steps from Everything!

Walking distance to town shops and on main road. Clean and cozy. Close to New River National Park and hiking, river etc.

We’ve used this for preacher friends that have came in to minister to the church we pastor. All have spoken very highly about these apartments!Great job!!

This apartment is in the perfect location. It is walking distance to everything in Fayettville and a very short drive to the National Park and many trailheads. It was clean and made for a very nice long weekend. The host was very responsive and provided easy instructions to access the unit.

We came in to celebrate my fiancé's upcoming 50th. The location and pricing of Cozy Court Street was absolutely perfect. Walkable to shops and restaurants and short drives to other attractions. The place was clean and adorable. thbhowevperspreference

We enjoyed this cozy little place. We stayed 3 nights for a weekend getaway. It was close and convenient. It’s within walking distance of restaurants. It was safe and comfortable! We would stay here again!

My husband ran the Rim to River 100 and this was an excellent location for the weekend. Loved getting to stay in Fayetteville walking distance from all our favorite shops and restaurants. We didn’t get the code to enter the apartment before arriving but the host returned our call promptly and sent it right over. Lovely stay we will definitely book again

Great location, although the road outside the window of the bedroom can be a bit loud in the morning. Check-in was very straightforward and the apartment had all the amenities we needed, including a full kitchen to make a batch of chili for a cook-off themed reunion. It was the perfect place to come back to for rest and freshening up after a day full of outdoor adventures …and before heading back out to do it all over again!! Great restaurants nearby in every direction and centrally located to the many outdoor recreation options!

Main purpose of trip was to hike Endless Wall and Long Point trails and enjoy the river! Apartment was perfect for two adults! Fayetteville town was quaint! Host was prompt and kind!

The place was cute, clean, and close to everything! And the owner was so nice to help us out when we forgot an item there. We would definitely like to come back; it was a great trip filled with wild outdoor adventures!

Central to everything. brandie was quick to respond. The bedroom gets very hot, compared to rest of apartment…. I’d bring a big fan of my own next time.
