I'm not one to write reviews or give feedback but in this case I felt I had to because my experience was beyond what I expected. It was my first time in Ptown and though there are many places to choose from to stay at it can be overwhelming especially if you never been. I lucked out! While searching, this place popped up and from the pictures I made my decision to book it not knowing exactly where it was located or if it would be as nice as in the pictures. It was everything..and more! The place is small and quaint, perfect for 1 or 2 people. It is immaculately clean, new, bright, well designed with all the necessary ammenties for comfy short or long stay. Best of all, it's private, stands on it own with its own entrance and perfectly situated a block from the heart of it all. I highly recommend it!! It made my first time experience in Ptown all the better. Thank you!?Thank you!? If I were to make one suggestion...add a floor length mirror for the vain in some of us. ?
Property was lovely! Unfortunately, management didn't get the entrance info to us until 10pm on the day of check in and we had to make many desperate calls to finally reach the owner of the property. No responses from several email requests for info prior to our stay. The gas was empty--no hot water and couldn't use the stove to cook breakfast. Some sugar ants joined us as well. Way too much work considering the fees were equal in cost to the price of the room.
This property is in a great location...despite issues with cleaning and being able to check in on time, we enjoyed our stay. Wish there was more accessible parking, especially when spots were open in outside the cottage.
The cottage is in a convenient location and walking distance to everything. When we arrived and I pulled down the murphy bed I noticed that there weren't bed linens for the pillows. I immediately notified the local person on call and she assured me that they would take care of it. For the three days we were there, we were without pillowcases. There was constant communication with the local rep but we never received them until the last day. This was completely unacceptable and unsanitary.
Adorable place in walking distance of many attractions and the waterfront! Lovely and small but perfect for 2! Looking forward to returning sometime soon.
My wife and I went inside, and right away knew it would not work. “Cozy” is an understatement. With the Murphy bed pulled out, the remainder of the studio cottage becomes unusable (I sometimes do work after wife goes to sleep, and this was not possible). The manager charges fees in addition to the listed price (cleaning and a sort of insurance). Since we did not spend more than 10 minutes, I inquired about a refund, and was told no. I wrote back and asked about other properties or refund of the additional fees as we would not be staying there. I received no response. The place makes a NYC studio look large. Pictures made me see it differently from what it was. It was clean...just really really tiny. I had to find a hotel, and paid the rental price plus fees (cleaning and extra insurance even though I did not stay)...and never heard back. There are MUCH roomier and less expensive deals off season in Provincetown.
Everything in this unit was clean, updated, and very cozy! Will definitely stay again :)
Being a block from downtown and a super short drive to beautiful beaches was perfect. The cottage itself was immaculate!!
It's exactly as listed - very clean and well set up. It's small, but the murphy bed and pull out TV were perfect for us! Well set up kitchen and very nice bathroom. Perfect for a short getaway to Ptown!
The place would have been better with a parking spot as there was one open the whole stay we where there
Nice place with basic but new amenities and a comfy bed. Great location as well. One thing that would help make this a great place to stay would be some curtains that black out the light better. The blinds don’t do much and so you’re woken by the sunlight at about 6am.
