Stayed Sep 23, 2025Beautiful and convenient location right on the water! Communication with the host was good. We arrived by train and had to find our way in the rain, and at night. I would recommend arriving in the light of day. The dark and rainy night made the navigation with gps a little difficult.The photos in the directions were helpful, however in the dark it was a bit unclear how far to walk after getting the keys. I kept wondering if there was a way to enter without going through the parking area. Great apartment though! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Stayed May 1, 2025My husband and I spent part of our honeymoon at this bnb in Bellano. It was clean, cozy and beautiful from the moment we walked in the door. Massimo was fabulous with communication. Nothing better than drinking your coffee on the patio with a gorgeous view of lake como!! Highly recommend!!

Stayed May 10, 2022We loved this apartment on the lake. It was well equipped and comfortable. The view of the lake is outstanding. We found several good restaurants in Bellano. We highly recommend this listing.

Stayed Jun 29, 2021Very peaceful with on-site parking. The property backs right up to the lake so sitting on the deck in the afternoon with a glass of wine watching the sunset is a must. The property manager was very responsive
