Our charming condo is steps away from downtown Breck & ski-in access with a mountain view. FREE parking & walk to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, coffee shops, you name it.

Our 400 SF studio condo has a queen bed, 40 TV, full kitchen & coffee bar w/ snacks in our breakfast nook. Ideal for 2 adults. (2 small roll aways for small children). There is adequate luggage and ski storage.

Walk right out to concerts, festivals & nightlife, even thesummer morning yoga classes. In the winter, ski down 4 O'clock Run at day’s end & be across the street from our condo.
Christy Sports (20% discount if booked online prior to visit) & liquor store & sushi restaurant on 1st floor.
No pets are allowed & no smoking.

OUR BLAZING SADDLES CONDO:

You can catch the ski shuttle right across from our place. You are on the Blue River bike path that stretches around the county. You can’t get any more convenient than this property.

You’ll love all that Breck has to offer: walk outside to hear free concerts in the Riverwalk Center, peruse the village festivals and enjoy the city’s dining and night life. Once done city-side, you can walk across the river and escape to this cozy studio for solitude and relaxation.

The window faces west to the ski area and sunset. Keep in mind that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

Other amenities are a “welcome basket” with a variety of teas and coffees, lots of flannel blankets, linens and sheets, bathroom toiletries, a few board games and laundry access on 1st floor if needed.

Your décor will give you a sense of a European village, and we are certain you will enjoy your stay with us!
