Cozy Comfortable Asheville Couple's Getaway

Amazing Asheville getaway!

We read the reviews and have to agree that our hosts were very communicative, even before we expected to hear from them. We needed a place to stay overnight before a morning kayaking trip and this room was perfect for us. The location was super convenient to eating dinner and breakfast. We took a walk down the hill to a brisge overlooking the river and got our calves warmed up. We will recommend this property for anyone who asks for a spot in Asheville. The bed was very comfortable and the snacks and coffee bar are a nice touch. I drank my morning coffee on the patio area out front. The view was lush treeline, and I imagine it's stunning in fall when leaves chamge color. We felt safe in the home, especially after we noticed the camera above the exterior door. The neighborhood was very quiet. We will totally come here again.

Convenient, yet out of the hustle and bustle of the city. The space was comfortable and met our needs for the night. We slept peacefully all night with no street noise at all. Thank you to the host for his quick response when needed.

The room was cozy with a soft bed to sleep on! Convenient to lots of things to do and new food joints to try! The host was very responsive if I needed anything! Definitely would stay here again!

So cute and comfy for me! It would be fine for 2 ppl also. Very, very clean. The bed was super comfortable and the TV worked fine. The lil freezer in Fridge kept my ice bags hard also.. I loved loved loved the robe! First floor was a plus for me. Very very quiet neighborhood. I had msg the owner about how close they were to a wine bar I was going to and he got back to me very quickly! All in all a great place!!!

We enjoyed a beautiful couple days at this perfect location and space in Asheville. Unfortunately 3 days into our trip Hurricane Helene hit. Hannah & Uy went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we were comfortable and safe throughout the experience. We cannot recommend them, their place, and the community they live in enough! My husband and I selected this property for a long weekend getaway. It exceeded our expectations—the unit was comfortable and very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and had great dining options within a reasonable 10-15 min walk. Everything about our experience was positive, from the accommodations, to the neighborhood to the check in/out process to communication with the hosts. It was everything we were looking for and I would stay here again without a second thought. We truly could not have asked for a better experience.

This place is super clean and cozy. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but just a quick drive to lots of places to eat/drink/shop. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to be in Asheville but not IN Asheville.

Parking and entry are very easy. This is a ground floor single room underneath a private residence. The owners take great care in making sure it has everything you could possibly need! We especially appreciated the water bottles in the refrigerator.

This was a very comfortable space for my wife and I. We visited Asheville for 5 days with a focus on hiking and visiting breweries in the area. This place was situated in a quiet area of town and we felt safe. This space was very clean. Most VRBO or AirBB that we’ve stayed in have an unusual smell but not this one. It was very neutral and inviting. The bed was very comfortable as well. If I had to complain about one thing, it would be that the thermostat had a mind of its own and would randomly increase the temperature to 72°. I would stay here again.
