The best part was the location because it is a quick walk through the park to family. It's very peaceful and quiet. It was quite cold while we were in Bellingham, but it was cozy in this apartment. It was nice to have a free laundry.
This was our 2nd time renting at this location and will stay here again whenever we’re in the area.
Enjoyed staying here, great location. The kitchen was a bit under-par, but everything else was very comfortable. Quite, setting with charming outdoor seating. No air conditioning, but we stayed in August and didn’t miss it. Washer and dryer were appreciated! Amy was very easy to work with when we needed an extra day.
We really enjoyed staying in a neighborhood during our visit. Much more quiet than a motel. Nice to prepare a meal to enjoy with our grandson and his friends (all WWU students) and be able to sit and visit for a while. A tub mat is needed. A very slick tub, so we had to be bery careful.
The entrance to our unit was covered with cobwebs and weird plant debri, making a poor first impression. The inside was clean but very dated. Won’t be back.
My friend and I took a two night trip to B’ham and had a pleasant stay. The location is easily accessible and close to shopping and sights. The neighbors and their dog in unit 6 could be heard on occasion, but nothing I’d consider out of the ordinary or an annoyance. The unit is clean, decorated tastefully and I want all the books on the bookshelf in the bedroom! I would stay here again. The communication from the property management is top notch!
Have stayed here for three visits to Bellingham. Location is quiet and convenient to Fairhaven and downtown Bellingham. Wi-fi works great.
Overall is served its purpose…a clean place to sleep. We were under the impression that is was within walking distance to downtown Fairhaven which it is not. The 3rd place for a person to sleep is a fold-up cot, so it really only sleeps 2.
This is my fourth time in one of these apartments, and it was every bit as enjoyable as the other visits. Easy access (other than temporary road construction in progress - I did meet a very friendly flagger), very quiet, super comfortable mattress, easy-access laundry facilities and a nice-sized table for setting up my PC. I spent most of the time hiking in the Chuckanuts, so really appreciated having a comfortable place to recover each night! The library is quite astounding and a very good variety. I can honestly say that I read almost every book...well, the spine at least! Only one small suggestion - on previous stays, a vacuum was available in the laundry room. It's nice to give the floors a quick once-over during a longer stay. Thanks for providing and maintaining these units in such a nice way, and for having a pet-friendly unit! We will be back!
The neighborhood wasn’t picturesque or pleasant and the apartment lacked some basic provisions like soap in the shower. Bring your own everything if you intend to cook. The apt smelled like there could have been smokers in the past. If you have a sensitive back the bed may not be for you. And the neighborhood is quiet but you can hear I5 when the window is open. But it’s conveniently located for access to Fairhaven and an easy place to use as a homebase.
