    Both Clarence and Margaret are fantastic hosts and easy to communicate with. They are both very kind. They are very quick to answer any questions or concerns. The Apt was very clean. There is a lovely covered balcony to sit on. There is construction of a building going on directly in front of the balcony. You still have a nice view of the ocean if you look to the right. There is a flight of stairs to get into the Apt. Mini buses are easy to access to go to Rodney Bay and Castries.You can walk to 2 grocery stores and there are a few restaurants within a short distance. We had an enjoyable holiday.

    Was nice . Lots of traffic in the area . Morning and afternoon , going to Rodney bay is 45 min to an hour each way with traffic .. not the hosts fault just an observation of current traffic conditions , lots of stairs . Walk down then up stairs . Done loud noise on the road way. Driveway was busy parking . Bed was comfortable,host was very friendly and responsive . Ac was ok in the bedroom but you need to use fan to blow into living room. Good location shame about the traffic. Unit was clean and functional .

    We were met by our hosts Clarence and Margaret and shown our 1 bedroom apartment over looking the Caribbean Sea at the back of the property. It was incredible from the first night to the last night, 84 sunsets in a row. Breathtaking views everyday from the balcony! It was a well appointed, clean apartment with a comfortable queen bed and large shower. The kitchen had everything you need for 2 weeks or 3 months. For dining, a local restaurant was a 15 min walk away with excellent food. The local grocery store was a 10 minute walk away that provided most of what we needed. Marisule beach, the local beach was a 5 min walk from the apartment and very quiet. We were really by our selves most days. The local bus stop to Rodney Bay and Castries was just a short walk down from our apartment. Buses were a very inexpensive way to get around, usually for less than $1.00 each. Roads were a little busy at times. Rodney Bay was a 10 min bus ride with most services available from banking to a beautiful panoramic beach. Great local bars and restaurants. In summary we wanted a place we could live like locals, a bit rustic but had lots of the local charm. I think our expectations were exceeded as we wished we could have stayed another month. Our hosts were very gracious, treated us to a barbecue they prepared and were always available when we asked questions or needed advice. An exceptional stay! If we returned to St Lucia we would definitely rent this apartment again.

    Wonderful Stay and the ocean just down over the hill made swimming everyday a must. Clarence was extremely attentive to anything required and a bonus to my stay there. Close to the local transportation routes it was perfect.

    This apartment is exactly as described. The view is breath taking. The location is very convenient. We did not rent a car, but that was fine because you can hop on a public bus at any time and go anywhere, very easily. The bus system in St. Lucia is very reliable, quick and easy to access from the apartment. The apartment is fully furnished and has everything you would need to prepare meals (pots, pans...). There is a grocery store within walking distance. The property owner was very pleasant and accommodating, and communication with him was great. I highly recommend this apartment. I would definitely stay there again.

    The apartment was very clean and the view was phenomenal. It was nice that we could walk to a quiet beach or take the bus to town. Hot water was not consistent and WiFi came in and out. The most spectacular part was New Years Eve, my husband was not feeling well so we stayed in but got to enjoy the fireworks from the porch. So special.

    The apartment is very convenient to Rodney Bay and Rodney Bay Marina and it had a lovely view with it's own neighborhood beach. The hosts were very helpful and easy to work with. It is not fancy, but it had everything we needed, was very clean and a great value. The initial time you pull into the driveway to the closed gate could be intimidating, but it turned out to be easy and not a problem. I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

    I love the place, it was nice with an awesome view of the sea. Easy access to the main road and the bus system. Clarence was very nice. He took us grocery shopping. The location is perfect. Not to far from the city and also close enough to Rodney Bay, where it's the place to be. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
