Discover a serene 1600 sqft lower level unit nestled in a natural mountain setting, surrounded by mature trees. Enjoy convenient access to trails in Dimple Dell Regional Park, where you can explore 650 acres of mountain trails, breathtaking views, and wildlife. Our property features a very steep driveway, which may be icy or snowy in winter months. For your safety, we strongly recommend a 4x4 vehicle or one equipped with snow tires.

The property features both an Upstairs and a Downstairs apartment, with your accommodation located in the spacious Downstairs unit. With a separate entrance and dedicated parking area, you'll have complete privacy and convenience.

Guests enjoy seamless check-in with our smart lock system and can easily control the temperature and lighting. Our 24/7 guest service is just a call away for any requests or assistance during your stay. Concierge Services are available upon request.


This unit is located in a peaceful and scenic neighborhood. This area is perfect for those who love outdoor activities, with the beautiful Dimple Dell Park right nearby, offering trails and nature to explore. You'll have exclusive use of the entire downstairs area, and ample parking is available under the driveway. The property isn't visible from the road, so we suggest using GPS to locate it. Look for the house number on the light post at the top of the driveway, then drive down the cement driveway to the lowest parking area. There's enough room to turn your vehicle around easily. Your entrance is visible once you've parked, and it's secured with a coded keypad lock. At night, sensor lights will activate as you approach the parking area, driveway, and apartment.

    We appreciated the convenient location and the space was clean.. However, there were a few things that made our stay less comfortable. The rental is the bottom level of a home, and noise from upstairs carried quite a bit, especially in the evenings/early morning. There were also many posted rules and frequent reminder texts, which made the stay feel a little less relaxed. The yard around the property also felt a bit unkempt, which took away from the overall first impression. Lastly, the main windows didn’t have curtains or blinds, so privacy was limited.Overall, it worked for a short stay

    We enjoyed staying here for a ski vacation, it was convenient to drive to both canyons from here. The place was clean, and the kitchen and bathroom were thoughtfully stocked. The hot tub was clean and worked fine, has a nice view of nearby park/trees. We were impressed with how big the place was, there are several living spaces to hang out in besides the 2 bedrooms and kitchen, would be plenty of space for a big group. The house and the neighborhood are very quiet, I'm a light sleeper and didn't have any issues. Overall, I recommend staying here.
