Stayed Jun 2, 2023Loved this location. It was private and close to the heart of downtown. Walking distance from several grocery stores, and a short drive from the River Arts District and Breweries. The place was clean, comfortable, and quiet! Would stay here again when I return to Asheville

Stayed Oct 21, 2022Liked the place overall, TV was a little small but weren’t there much except in the morning and at night. It did get pretty hot at night making it a little difficult to fall asleep.

Stayed Oct 8, 2022This is a great property! Close to all the fun, but also in a peaceful neighborhood. Property manager was extremely easy to work with and had good suggestions for breakfast spots, etc. Check it out when you’re in Asheville!

Stayed Sep 30, 2022The property and owner were very nice and exactly what we were looking for when we picked this spot for a weekend trip. The location itself is a short walk to coffee shops, downtown, and more. The owner made us feel very comfortable and was attentive throughout the stay as well as before, he gave us recommendations on where to go and eat, things to do, etc. We would definitely stay at this spot for future trips to Asheville.

Stayed Jun 10, 2022We had a very nice weekend at this clean and comfortable apartment. The owner was very attentive. The neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful. Very quick walk to great coffee and food a couple of blocks down the street. Easy walk to downtown.
