Our bright apartment for 1-2 people is located in a very central district of Malaga, from it you can walk to many places of interest (12 minutes walk to Picasso Museum and Cathedral) and you can have access to the parking space under demand.

It is a very well located apartment, 10 minutes walk from the main street of Malaga, Calle Larios, 15-18 minutes walk from the train and bus station, 7 minutes from the Corte Inglés (main shopping center of Malaga), Just 5 minutes walking from several supermarkets.

The apartment is a duplex apartment, where you will have on the first floor the bathroom with shower and the bedroom. On the ground floor, the kitchen with American kitchen and living room.

The apartment has internet wifi, fiber optic, (speed 50MB), air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.

The kitchen has an oven, microwave, electric kettle, blender, ceramic hob and full kitchen ware.

The patio has 30 m2 for private use and enjoy our guests, where you can have dinner or breakfast in it.

    Pros - free parking, near several mercados (Aldi, Lidl, Dia) within easy walking distance, historic distance only 5-10 minute walkCons - very tight parking space (unfortunately, we were given a larger rental car than what we booked), about a 30 minute walk to beachNeither a pro nor con but not located in a tourist area. Also, be advised that Google Maps is not synced to the current area, so getting to the apartment was difficult the first time as we kept getting directed to turn left where no road existed (used to be one there, but replaced with a park).

    We stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks. The owners are very friendly and excellent with communication. The apartment is amazing, extremely clean and very comfortable. The added bonus of the outdoor space was perfect. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

    Well located property 10-15 mins walk from the station. Friendly and informative check-in. Comfortable apartment with good facilities, large outside terrace.
