Cozy apartment with roof terrace

Everything and more.... easy walking to attractions.inexpensive taxi from train station. Neighborhood quiet, safe. Highly recommend this beautiful apartment. Two spacious bedrooms, skylights, A/C and the rooftop, well, a must see

Grazia is a wonderful host. She was prompt in answering all questions, she met us early so we wouldn't have to carry around our luggage, she had chilled water and champagne for our anniversary. The apartment is clean, air conditioning in both living room and bedroom is perfect, quiet neighborhood location close to everything but away from the hustle. Grazia provides very detailed instructions and brochures ready. The rooftop terrace was nice at night. We would definitely stay there again when we return.

Great location and excellent host

Grazia went above and beyond to accommodate my fiancé and I on our trip. She held our bags for us early in the morning so we could wander the city. The apartment was spotless upon arrival and had all the necessities for a great stay. Would go back and stay for longer!

Grazia’s appartment was just perfect for our family of 3. It was absolutely immaculate and came with so many extra touches which were truly appreciated. Centrally located with about a 15 minute walk to many of the major attractions-it was lovely to retreat each night to this calm and spacious oasis.

This apartment had all you could ask for. well equipped down to olive oil and balsamic vinegar even some pasta.Greeted with a bottle of Chianti from the owner . Apt is spacious with a terrace . Grocery store Conad very close by as well as the #6 bus stop which goes to SM Novella train station. A 25 minute walk to downtown to the Museums and San Lorenzo market. On leaving Grazia even left us bus tickets to get to the train station. I would highly recommend this location.. Michael & Maureen

I spent twenty nights by myself in Grazia´s apartment and the stay was excellent. It is located near the Campo de Marte train station and takes 25 minutes on foot to reach the historic center of Florence in a very pleasant walk. The neighborhood is super quiet without the buzz of tourists and you can hear the birds singing in the morning. The apartment is on the top floor of a three-storey building and has elevator The owner's apartment is downstairs. The apartment is very spacious and has all the amenities, except microwave oven, working perfectly . The highlight of the penthouse is its terrace, ideal for breakfast or an evening wine to relax. The owner is an extremely helpful person and concerned about the well being of the guests. In may case as I was with a heavy suitcase and bags she went to pick me up and take me to the train station in his car in my arrival and departures which I found a great example of caring with the host. Anyway you can be sure that if you are staying in Grazia´s s tiny gem you will be very well accommodated and cared for.
