Our cozy apartment on the island of Usedom, in the popular Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz can be found in the old beach street, in the quieter part of the town, between the Baltic Sea beach and the backwaters.

The apartment for 4 people and another holiday room for 2 people are located in a separate outbuilding with a large sun terrace and garden with garden furniture, parasol, beach chair and grill.
There is also a car parking lot on the premises.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2016 and lovingly, comfortably and modernly furnished.
All rooms are equipped with radiators, the bathroom also with underfloor heating.
One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, in the second (children's) bedroom with separate beds there is another television with satellite connection.
The bright living room with complete kitchenette is comfortably furnished with leather corner couch, satellite TV, dining table with 4 chairs.
WiFi is available to them.

The center of Zinnowitz, the Baltic Sea beach and the beach promenade, shops and restaurants, the train station and the quieter backwaters can be reached on foot in 10 to 15 minutes.
The beach is about 1300 m walk through the village.

A handcart is available for your beach utensils.
You are welcome to bring bicycles with you or to borrow them here, there is a parking space on the premises.
The cycle path network on Usedom is very well developed and offers many opportunities for small and large bike tours.
