Stayed Mar 28, 2025What a great little efficiency so close to Busch Gardens and USF. John’s place was super clean and just as pictured. As others have mentioned- a few extra towels and pillows are needed. Basic pots and pans to cook with and a nice sink to wash the dishes as well. Maybe some plates (instead of paper plates) would be helpful to some? We didn’t need them. Thank you and we hope to stay here again!

Stayed Mar 25, 2025Property was in a great central area. Quiet neighborhood and not far from where we were planning on visiting. Host was prompt with communications and the room was lovely.

Stayed Nov 22, 2024Was a perfect little getaway for my quick visit. Could've used a couple more pillows, towels & coffee pods but overall a great stay and John was quick to communicate and a great host!! Everything was a described! Will definitely stay there again! Highly recommend!!

Stayed Oct 7, 2024Unfortunately, due to the hurricane I was only able to stay 1 of the 4 nights I had booked as the area was evacuated. I had been in frequent communication with the host until I had asked to transfer the days I had paid for but lost due to the storm to a few days later as I still needed to be at work. From that point I had no more replies to messages. It is a shame because the property/location itself was exactly what I needed and would have needed to add on an additional week. Will be booking a different property for this week.
