Stayed Apr 4, 2025This is the perfect place for a long stay or a weekend getaway in Saint Mary, Georgia. The water front area is the best kept secret. It is safe. Excellent communication with the property manager. We will definitely stay here if we comeback.

Stayed Jan 15, 2025Good location. Only issues were, door knob fell off because screw was missing. Smoke detector inoperative and fire extinguisher was no good. I brought it to the care takers attention and he took care of it.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024Only stayed for a few nights, but was a great location and unit! Great area and was a super clean unit. They provided everything necessary when it came to staying for a few days. The owner was amazing when it came to communication and any questions we had. Would definitely book here again in the future!

Stayed Apr 18, 2024The area was relatively quiet, but is a little run down; still decent. Our place was perfect size and basically near where we needed to be. We loved it. if you are looking for a decent place for a decent price in the area, def give this a shot. Also, Robert, the owner, was great to deal with as well!

Stayed Feb 24, 2024A well located property with a very helpful manager. SMALL but confortable with a well equipped kitchen. One draw back is a noisy neighbor next door - - music and furniture repair.
