Cozy Apartment in Historic Hyde Park South Tampa

Jennifer was wonderful and the location was great. Entry was easy, the only note was that the condo itself and bed linens could have been cleaner/might need replaced.

Perfect location in a safe and beautiful area. Location was ideal to walk to Hyde park. Easy and plentiful parking. Unit was just as described. Would definitely stay again.

The host was most accommodating and gracious. The apartment is clean, nicely appointed and in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to Hyde Park Village. Great location for Gasparilla parade.

Check in was super easy, the host was communicative, the flat is in a darling neighborhood, clean, and close to everything we needed.

4 night stay during the NCAA Women's Final Four tournament. The apartment had all we needed and the host's communications were timely and informative about the neighborhood. Would stay again!

The place was wonderful. Very clean and a great location. walkable to coffee and restaurants.

We had a couple of days before leaving on a cruise and looked for a VRBO that would be close to lots of things to do. The Hyde Park area was absolutely perfect! We were able to walk to a nearby shopping/restaurant area that was buzzing, hip, and relaxed. When we got in the car, it was easy to reach most of the sites in Tampa we’d decided on ahead of time that we wanted to see. (Go see the Tampa History Center! And eat lunch at its Columbia Cafe!) As for the home itself, it was adorable with all its vintage, original features. I loved the teal and black tile in the bathroom and the original kitchen cabinets. It was super comfy to watch some shows in the evening on the big-screen TV, and the bed was wonderfully comfy too. Outside is a concrete table where you can sit and enjoy the warm breeze with a cocktail or glass of wine. We met several others staying in the adjacent units who had signed up for long-term stays (several weeks to several months), which is an obvious sign that the place is well-located. (One was an older woman who didn’t have a car and said she walked to everything she needed to see!) The photos perfectly matched what we experienced. The owners are lovely and extremely dedicated to staying in touch and making sure you have everything you need. We will definitely stay there again should we visit Tampa (and we definitely plan to!).

The location is great for us being close to family and to Bayshore for walking. It's also walking distance to Hyde Park with lots of shops and restaurants. The space works well for us, but it may be time for a bathroom update. The owners are very nice and responsive which is much appreciated. We've stayed at this property several times and we'd be happy to stay here again. Thanks for a nice visit! :-)

A cozy apartment with a great location. Good property for an individual or a couple. Walking distance to Hyde Park Village and Berns Steakhouse. A few blocks from the water front! Great host who has thought of it all

I stayed in the Cozy Apartment to visit family. It's in a great location and having the washer & dryer is a plus. The kitchen had everything I needed and there was plenty of room. Thanks for a nice stay. :-)

A cozy hideaway.

The apartment building looked NOTHING like the picture on your website! The whole apartment inside and out needs refurbishing. The landscape was overgrown and needs to be weeded, raked and cleaned! Bath Tub had rust in it. Kitchen cabinets did not close! Door leading into apartment looked to be 50+ years and needed repair. The one good thing to say of this apartment was its location! For us it was a once and done! Suggest someone from Vrbo visit the site!
