REVIEWS
We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful upstairs loft. We visited during the Tulip Festival and the location was perfect. We were lucky to meet the owner and enjoyed visiting with him. Would recommend to stay in this beautiful neighborhood lined with tulips

I enjoyed my stay at this location. The inside was serene and peaceful and the neighborhood was quiet (and particularly beautiful in the spring with the tulips and trees in bloom). I would stay here again and hope to have the opportunity to do so in the future.

We had a great time! This upstairs space was just what we needed while in Holland. With so many delicious local restaurants, we didn't need to worry about having a kitchen to cook in. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood in the evenings, looking at the beautiful homes and flowers.

This rental was a nice, quaint place in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the close proximity to everything. The property management office communicated with us regularly. Great spot for a couple's getaway

Quiet, clean, pleasant neighborhood, walkable (sort of long) to downtown. Reasonably priced for what it is, basically a comfortable bedroom with a second room. As the listing says, there isn't a full kitchen, just a microwave and coffee machine and a small fridge. There is an outstanding breakfast place a short walk away (The Biscuit) so you won't miss preparing breakfast. Owner lives in the other half of the house and was very pleasant.

Wonderful, restful place to stay. We were on “tulip lane” for the Tulip festival. The lock on the door was a little tricky, but fine when turned the right way. Nice walk to downtown.

It felt like home away from home. The host was very friendly and left us to our privacy for the rest of the stay. Probably would book again if visiting Holland.

My wife and I drove to Holland from western Wisconsin to visit for the Tulip Festival. The accommodations we had were 10 PLUS! The location was perfect for walking to everything we came for (and we're seniors). The owner was a very kind person and takes personal pride in the ownership of this rental. If we ever come back this would be our first choice.

My wife and I were looking for a place within walking distance to downtown Holland for a long weekend, and found this wonderful getaway that is about a 20 minute walk from there. We were also able to walk to Washington Square, which was a neat bonus! The space was immaculate and well furnished, and the owner, who lived downstairs, was extremely friendly and gave us the space we needed. It was just like a hotel suite! Overall, a great experience - we would both highly recommend!

Although, for seniors, the stairs might be a little tricky, the accommodations were very cozy and comfortable. The location to restaurants, shopping and attractions is perfect. W

This listing is listed as an “entire home” when in fact it is not. Also, the downstairs can be rented out as you are renting the upstairs as well. This is NOT listed on the listing, we only found this out AFTER booking, on our way to our vacation and reading the reviews. We had to hurry and try to find a hotel to stay at due to worries of safety reasons. We are very upset that we had to lose almost $600 due to an incorrect listing by the property manager and we will be taking this up with VRBO.

The host was exceptionally friendly and kind. We appreciated his warmth and hospitality. We had trouble turning on the TVs so bought batteries to replace the ones in the remote on the TV in the bedroom and the TV worked. We never did get the TV to work in the living area. I would also suggest that visitors bring paper products on which to eat if they are uncomfortable washing dishes in the bathroom sink. We do not like to eat every meal in restaurants so bought paper products because I was uncomfortable washing dishes in the bathroom sink. Everything else was very clean and in order. Thank you for a great stay.

This home is comfortable, clean, and convenient. The homeowner, Jonathan, was respectful of our privacy and also very responsive and helpful. We arrived during an unusual heat dome with high outdoor temperatures; he helped us to be sure that the air conditioning was cool enough despite the outdoor temp. The home is rented to only one group at a time, who have the second-floor space with its own separate lockable front door. The homeowner lives downstairs in a separate part of the house, but we saw him only outside the house when we arrived. There were ample bath towels and beach towels; the Keurig coffeemaker with pods, the microwave, the coffee mugs, and the mini-frig were very useful. Connecting our phones and laptops to the internet was easy. The property manager, BVW Unsalted Vacations, kept us well informed by email, and the arrival and check-out were straightforward and simple.
