Stayed Jul 7, 2025This was conveniently located for a work trip. The place was lovely. Clean, well equipped and as described. The only issue I had was extremely loud upstairs neighbors. They partied a lot and were up late many week nightsn revving engines and what not. This is no fault of the owner and I would not rate them lower for a neighbor's behavior. That said, it was annoying and there were many nights my sleep was disturbed because of it. I guess that's just a chance you take in an apartment or condo.

Stayed May 1, 2025Check in was fast and easy. Apartment is simple but quite comfortable. Owner is very attentive and quickly responds to messages. The apartment is close to shopping, restaurants and a short distance to North Beach. When back in the area, if available, we will definitely stay here again.

Stayed Apr 25, 2025This apartment was not exactly what we expected. First of all, the bathroom could have been cleaner. After long travel my wife decided to relieve herself and discovered the toilet seat wasn’t clean. She quickly pulled out wipes and cleaned the seat herself. The apartment temperature was a little warm so I walked to the thermostat to attempt to adjust. I could not because of a little sign above the stat specifically stating that moving the temp down would freeze the lines and “break the unit” and I would get fined. I was a little annoyed, but thought I’d at least turn on the ceiling fan to move some air. The living room ceiling fan high and mid speed settings didn’t work and was stuck on low. We also noticed that there were only two bathing towels available. I decided to call their customer service support number provided. I requested a couple more towels to bath and to possibly have the ceiling fan looked at. The lady on the phone told me that they only provide one bathing towel per person per stay and the ceiling fan only had one speed. I knew that wasn’t true because the bedroom had the exact same fan which worked perfectly. This was very annoying. I ended up purchasing a couple cheap towels from Walmart to accommodate my wife and her long hair (ladies with a lot of hair would understand at least two towels are needed for each shower). The apartment was also very outdated from the kitchen to the bathroom. Very old appliances and fixtures. The shower head is extremely low.

Stayed Feb 26, 2025Very comfortable and convenient to visit relative in nursing home - 4 miles away. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Dec 22, 2024My parents and I stayed here over the Christmas holiday. Our first experience with this type of rental. The host was responsive to my questions prior to booking. They reached out during our stay to make sure we didn't have any issues. The unit is very nice, clean, and quiet, and the area is quiet, but is very close to restaurants and shopping. We plan to book here again for future visits to Corpus Christi.
