Stayed Aug 6, 2023We have family that vacations in this area every year. This unit is so close to the lake and has modern amenities. We plan to book it again next year.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023This is our 2nd year staying at the maverick apartment in Wolfeboro. If you can’t have a beach house on the lake, this is a great location for enjoying downtown Wolfeboro. You can walk to everything and the apartment is clean and pretty well stocked. While the apartment is on one level, there are 10 steps up to the entrance. We usually found parking but it can be a challenge. We bring a couple of extra frying pans—and only one closet has a rod. But the kitchen is efficient with new appliances. Small washer dryer terrific. AC is really effective. Spotlessly clean, WIFI spotty but two TVs with streaming. We love the apartment.

Stayed May 27, 2023Cute. Great location. Clean. Just a bit sparsely resourced. Pots for cooking were yard sale specials with scratched off Teflon. No kitchen dish towels. Bare minimum dishes. No chair cushions for back porch. But despite these issues, we really liked the apartment and would rent it again.

Stayed Mar 12, 2023Great size, very clean and a pleasant walk to downtown Wolfboro - enjoyed a nice snowy few days. Check in and out was seamless and great communication with Maverick properties (we only had one question and had an answer back in minutes)

Stayed Aug 12, 2022Great location, clean and tidy, easy access, comfortable beds, only downfall was all drains were clogged and street parking was difficult. Other than that great stop, would stay again

Stayed Jun 25, 2022Charming, well conceived apartment. We stayed for 2 weeks. The location is fabulous for downtown; minutes walk from lake although no beach. Steep 10 steps from street. Porch in front & back. Very comfortable beds . Spotless and nicely decorated. Quiet & great fan & AC. Lots of tv cable options although satellite and Wifi a little finicky. Good appliances. A little pricey but worth it to us.

Stayed May 26, 20224 of us stayed 3 nights and found this unit to be perfect for our needs. It was clean, comfortable and being just 3 houses off Main Street made it the perfect location.
