Stayed Aug 13, 2025The facility is nice in general, very clean, well-equipped with all one needs, comfortable but has the following issues. Except for the second issues, I would prefer this over any hotel 1. It's better to have two smaller beds in one room. I was visiting my two sons but there are only 2 beds 2. The neighbors kids are two noisy making it difficult to sleep after 6 am

Stayed Jun 10, 2025The apartment is located in an older building, not very clean exterior, some loud neighbors, but easy to find, lots of parking. The apartment itself was clean and convenient. The description said there was a toaster and there wasn't, but other amenities made up for it. I would highly, highly suggest looking into a way to block the light coming from the window. The blind lets the light come in thru the ends and is super bright very early. The toppers on the mattresses were way too soft for us, but I know some people would love it. The portable A/c fills up with water often and if you don't catch it, it shuts off. May be look into a different model. We appreciate the communication, the cleanliness and all the little touches like the candy bowl with the kisses candy. My kids were very happy about it. For the price, its a great deal, great location and most of all very clean! Thank you!

Stayed Jan 2, 2025I have two kids at BYUI and this has become my go-to property for when I visit them. It is clean and quiet and there’s plenty of room for kids to see me in this apartment (rather than among their million roommates or in a stuffy hotel.) this gives more of a homey visit vibe. Also, while my kids are busy with school (or work or whatever, I can easily walk the 2 blocks to Broulims (the grocery store). It’s about half a mile from a group of stores and campus just-off-campus restaurants such as Deseret Book, Kiwi Loco, etc. The apartment is a mile from BYU and the temple if that’s important to you, too. If you have a car, there is always a parking space, and this is 30 minutes from Idaho Falls where there is a lot more shopping. For a mom visiting her kids at school, this is perfect. I’ll just point out it’s also only about an hour-hour and a half from Yellowstone and Jackson hole. So great location, cozy and clean and safe as well.

Stayed Jul 17, 2024This is my second time staying at this property. It is super comfortable and they keep the apartment stocked with anything you could need for your stay. The area is walkable, from grocery to dining to the university to the temple. It’s a perfect place to stay while visiting kids at college. I also made day trips to Yellowstone and Jackson Hole from here.

Stayed Mar 27, 2024This was the perfect apartment for me to visit my kids while they are attending BYUI. The apartment is very tidy and has all sorts of accommodations for your stay, including extra blankets, soap, towels, etc. Noise was not an issue and there was always plenty of parking. Location-wise, It is a couple of blocks from Broulin’s, which is a very nice grocery store, about half a mile from a little town square with a Deseret Book, chain restaurants, and some clothing stores. It’s a couple of blocks away from local thrift stores and eateries. It’s about a mile from campus as the Rexburg LDS temple. I walked to all of these places comfortably and safely while I was there. So, very convenient and cozy inside and out.

Stayed Oct 16, 2025The beds were amazing! I usually have a hard time sleeping away from home, but these were cozy and allowed me to get a full nights rest. My mom loved the sheets and towels. The kids were happy with the couch folding down for them. There are updates that the pictures don’t reflect that make it a little nicer of a stay. A bigger table, nice towels, more pillows, etc. Fans in every room for cooling. Extra blankets if needed. I think we saw a space heater- my mom was colder than everyone else but we found it upon checking out. The only thing that we had comments about and I understand that there isn’t a lot they can do about it. The neighbor’s children were quite loud late in the evening and early morning. But from 11pm-7am we didn’t hear anything. It’s family housing, and we had kids we had to remind to be quieter ourselves. I also am not sure if it was mentioned in the listing, there is a washer & dryer but it isn’t inside the unit directly, it looked like it was a building/community type of situation. So I guess that’s what it means by laundry-in building. Overall it was great! Our plans were very much changed due to things being closed (construction) and weather. It was a great location for a quick day trip to Yellowstone & Old Faithful which we did on a whim. And so many fun things that we explored like Yellowstone Bear World and Yellowstone Safari Park. I have already recommended this property to friends who live in the area and have guests visit them!

Stayed Jul 1, 2025The property was in great condition and clean. It is typical college housing, so there was noise and light from the parking lot by bedroom windows. The beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked with cookware.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025We just needed something simple in rexburg for a weekend of seeing family and enjoying the area. This was perfect! Quiet neighborhood and close to all the necessities. The decorations are nice and the beds are SO comfortable! The host responded promptly when there was a small issue with the shower and it was fixed THAT DAY! Thank you! We’ll come again!!!

Stayed Jun 26, 2024We would definitely stay at this location again. The apartment was more spacious than a hotel room. We had our adult daughter with us, so the separate bedrooms offered privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking breakfasts. (Pots/pans, toaster, coffee maker, etc.) The location was ideal. The neighborhood was quiet, and we enjoyed nightly walks. We were even within walking distance to the rodeo grounds, and we were able to go to the Whoopee Days Rodeo during our stay. We made use of the free onsite laundry, so we had clean clothes for the next leg of our trip.
