Stayed Jan 15, 2026Fantastic location in Coconut Grove, easy parking and all the codes and information were sent before we checked in. Exactly as advertised, bare essentials for the less expensive rental. It would have helped to have hangers, but for the low price, you got just what you needed to have a comfortable, no frills stay. The location was the best part of staying at this property, walkable to everything in Coconut Grove.

Stayed Nov 23, 2024Stayed at the property 2 years ago. Little trouble with check on, but not bad. Booked the same unit as last time. Check in time 4pm. We arrived at 4:30. Not check in information provided before arrival. Contacted host VRBO message app and called. No answer. Went to unit to see if door was unlocked with instructions inside. Someone was staying in the unit already. Luckily maintenance man was on site and helped get a hold of host and moved us to another unit. Love the location of the property. Very convenient to everything the Grove has to offer. Property management needs to do better on there end as as communication goes
