Cozy 1-BR Apartment in Hawthorne, close to So-Fi, Intuit Dome, Forum and more

A lot of noise from the apartment above which woke me at times. Apartment could have been cleaner. No washing machine in apartment for long stays but there is a launderette nearby. Otherwise the host was welcoming and responsive

Terrible services, texted me from there personal phone. Also I left early and informed them and they said they would put checkout info in the messages on VRBO. Don’t go to this property or work with these house owners.

Except that there are one or two loud neighbors who are shouting weird things during the night, the apartment was big enough for two people. It is close to the airport and to the beaches. Overall it was a nice experience and wonderful stay.

Good location related to Inglewood and many activities, close to Freeways it was comfortable and easy to work from the location. Property management was responsive to requests

It was a great stay- we were near everything - there is someone that is loud (a neighbor) but you can’t control everything- it was still a pleasant stay- parking is narrow but it gets the job done. Would have loved amenities like coffee and tea / sugar?It was clean and that’s the most important

Very close to the airport. Good neighborhood with accesss to anything you could need. Host is very accessible, with great communication.

Very clean and spacious with parking spot and a full kitchen. Convenient to LAX and the 405. Owner was very responsive when something came up. The one negative which was not under owners control was a very loud neighbor in building next door who was yelling loudly from 2am to 4 am several nights in a row… very disruptive . Bring earplugs, unfortunately.

We stayed the week of September 2, 2024. The Pictures fit the description perfectly, The condo is really nice!!! Having our own parking Space was extremely convenient because the street parking fills up. The queen bed is really comfortable. The condo is located minutes from everything we wanted to do. The hosts Mike and Dawn are very friendly, easy to reach, and respond quickly to any request you have . Drawbacks are… there’s no air conditioning in this unit, only a ceiling fan in the kitchen and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Unfortunately, there was a heat wave the week we were there and it made the unit extremely warm so we bought a couple of box fans for extra circulation. The dishes and pans could be updated, the silverware is extremely small ( not regular size ), not many small appliances like a blender or a mixer, no ironing board, and iron. There is no washer and dryer, but that was ok because we found a great laundromat down the street Coast Laundry, it’s a really nice laundromat clean and the staff is friendly.. coast-laundry.com We definitely enjoyed our stay and had a lot of fun. thank you for having us

Wonderful experience at this property! The apartment was very clean, and the host was extremely communicative and kind. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay in the city.
