Cozy 1-bedroom in enchanting Waverly with WiFi, AC in the Country

Such a cute, welcoming place!! The host had a homemade treat waiting for us to arrive! The room is super spacious and well decorated and had everything that we needed for our overnight trip! Coffee maker with coffee pods and cups, microwave with plates, water and sodas in the fridge, and smell good towels and bedding. They were so accommodating about our in and out visits and late arrivals! The stairs are steep but what is waiting at the top was definitely worth it! Such a great location and price for AU home games!!

Very easy to find on a beautiful peice of property! The owner left us some homemade bread. Very comfortable place!

We did the last minute booking for the 4th of July. It was wonderful. Very clean that was very comfortable. Power hose for very friendly and very helpful I asked him about restaurants in the area and Joey helped me out. We'll stay again when I'm in the area.

Pristine atmosphere, yummy baked goods, fall decor, soft drinks and water in the fridge, easy communication - what more could you ask for? Highly recommend ?

This is an excellent listing. The property was spotless, the linens were fresh out of the dryer, the mattress and pillows on the bed were in excellent shape, the furniture was new, the large screen smart tv was easy to navigate, the kitchenette was stocked with water, soda, coffee, sweeteners, creamer and the host left a plate of carrot cake for breakfast on the outdoor deck

If you are needing a place to stay that is close to Auburn this is a good choice. It was easy to get into and out of but nice and quiet all night.

Everything was great! Loved this little place in the country! Wish we could’ve spent more time there. It was so peaceful. Close to Auburn too for our daughters family weekend. Host was responsive and left some yummy homemade bread for us! Looking forward to returning!

Stay was refreshing and peaceful. Away from the hustle and grind of city living. Host was kind and friendly. Wished I could have stayed longer. Will return in the future ❤️

We so enjoyed our stay at this cozy yet spacious apartment in the countryside. Such a peaceful setting, and just minutes away from Auburn University. We loved having our morning coffee on the deck with such beautiful views. Joey and Pam are such gracious hosts. They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and memorable. We will definitely be back!
