Stayed Sep 21, 2025Lovely place. Comfortable, clean and well equipped. Beds were super comfortable. Host is fabulous - quick to respond, helpful and competent, everything was considerately and carefully arranged. The location is ideal - just minutes walk from the old town (across the lovely river) with its stunning markets, tourist shops, historic buildings, beautiful mosques and easy-to-get groceries and currency exchanges. Ground floor access but secure and private behind a gate. We hired a car for the trip and once you worked out how to Bosnia-crazy-park your car (LOL) it wasnt a problem right in front of the flat. There is also paid parking nearby. As well as the Sarajevo cable car. We would definitely recommend it, made our trip very memorable. And we definitely look forward to staying there again. Bosnia and Herzegovina is such a lovely country with such lovely people, and this is a great place to tour it from.

Stayed Dec 14, 2024The apartment is not huge but three of us were comfortable. Nice situation away from the hustle and bustle but only five minutes from the old town. Wife and I shared the bedroom while my cousin had the sofa bed in the lounge but there was also a fold up bed if preferred. The kitchen was functional but could have had a washing up bowl or plug for the sink. There was a small dishwasher but it wasn’t worth putting it on for a few cups so a bowl and a tea towel would have been good. Also we had to borrow a corkscrew from a neighbour but I have pointed these things out to the owner and he has taken them on board. Overall though it was a good choice for us and we enjoyed our stay.
