Stayed Sep 12, 2025This apartment was just as advertised. Cozy and great location for a fun time in Denver. The short walk to Sloan’s Lake and to convenience shopping/dining was terrific. Everything logistically was easeful and the comforting amenities including great snacks were a treat. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

Stayed Sep 4, 2025Nice basement apt. Very small but doable for two.Parking -street parking only one night of 5 that we had to park down the street.Comfortable,but owner controls the heat /air so if you get cold easily bring warm PJs. Owner supplies most of what you need. We did buy soap ,tissue and a few groceries.Neighbor felt transitional but about 1 mile to stores shops and restaurants.Good price and adequate for what we needed it to be.

Stayed May 28, 2025One of the best VRBO rentals I’ve experienced! The property is exactly as advertised and well taken care of, and it’s in a fantastic location to explore Denver! The hosts provide everything you need for a comfortable stay and communicate all the details thoroughly and respond to any questions promptly. They even have well written suggestions and directions for things to do and ways to get around Denver if you plan to explore what the surrounding neighborhood has to offer. We would definitely book here again on another Denver stay. We felt at home! 5 enthusiastic stars Thanks to our hosts for everything!!
