Overall, our stay was good. The owner was really responsive. I wish there had been pictures of the outside of the property and neighborhood on the listing. No wash cloths were left out, I messaged the host and she told me where to find some immediately (I wasn’t able to find them, but forgot to respond to her again so that’s on me). I loved that there were no lengthy checkout instructions. The property itself could use some maintenance on the outside of the building and apartment, but the apartment itself was great. There is a window unit for ac in bedroom that worked well, we had to turn it on when we arrived as the apt was warm. We had no issues overall. Thank you for letting us stay at this property during our time in Utica.
