Stayed Feb 7, 2025It was great, the only thing that was frustrating not having control of the Ac, had to text them to many times to cool the room where I was in plus I know is a pet free suite didn’t like dog hair all over me need to do a great clean after a pet stay.

Stayed May 25, 2024It was very nice but we couldn't get the AC to turn up. I would stay there again, it was close to restaurants shops and hiking trails which was nice.

Stayed Oct 14, 2023Good location, close to restaurants, quiet, very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the hot tub was a nice to sit in at night and look at the stars by the outdoor fireplace. I will definately come back to stay.

Stayed Apr 26, 2023We were very pleased with the location of our property. The management was quick to respond when there was an issue with the temperature control in our room and accommodated us by upgrading our room for the duration of our stay. Would stay here again!

Stayed Apr 21, 2023This is a nice, clean and quiet room. But not much more. A few concerns: 1) Be sure to check the actual vs. advertised price, and make sure you're comfortable with the deposit requirements. 2) This is not in Sedona proper. The Village of Oak Creek is a nice area, but, depending on the time of day, it could take 20-30 minutes to get to/through Sedona. 3) This is a nice room, but it is not 5-Star. 3- to 4-Star would be a better marker. With these in mind, the room served us well and we enjoyed our visit to the area.

Stayed Nov 10, 2022Heater wasn't working and the property did not make us aware of this. We found out after we arrived and they told us it wasn't working and they had left a space heater there for us in the room. Which worked fine. Only issue was lack of communication. Would be nice to have pastries or muffins provided in the morning and perhaps other snacks than just microwave popcorn in the lobby area. Also, Folgers coffee and powdered creamer is really in poor taste for a 'boutique hotel' ....considering there are so many local coffee shops in the area that they could have provided a better coffee and creamer. These are just details but something that I would consider boutique hotel amenities...
