Country, Cows & Fishing Lake Studio- 2nd floor

Liked the quietness, the pond which has a paddle boat was really fun!!

Studios onsite but very cool rooms smelled good and was very clean. Summer time this place is probably always rented. Lots of activities for a couple.

From our room down to the view, and just property in general was absolutely beautiful. It was very quiet and peaceful . The property manager, Ms. Donna was so nice and attentive. We will definitely be returning in the future!

The studio was very cute, homey and clean. Enjoyed the spa tub too. The property was amazing as well, a wonderful game room and other areas to explore. Our host, Kim, was so friendly and inviting as well. We couldn't have been happier with all the amenities, and we will definitely return and recommend it to others.

Amazing facility.. Country feel with city activities right down the road. Plenty of activities available at vevue. Room was gorgeous and quiet. Kim, the host, is friendly and readuly available for any questions.

We really enjoyed being so close to Denton yet away from all the hustle and bustle. The room was beautifully decorated with many thoughtful and unique touches that made the theme immersive and fun! The property had every amenity and then some including popcorn and other snacks in the room, a large family game room, free coffee and popsicles, and nooks to enjoy nature at every turn! The property manager let us switch rooms to have a bigger bed at the last minute and even said we didn't have to rush to check out since no one was booked the day of our checkout. I also really like the 2 PM check- in. We didn't make it in that early, but it was nice to know that we could. We visit the area several times a year. We usually stay in hotels, but this vibe was so much more enjoyable and more homey than the surrounding price gouging hotels! A great getaway for anyone, especially couples and families! We've found our new home away from home when visiting Denton County!

Kim was wonderful! The place is in such a beautiful, rural looking setting, yet highly convenient location. Great game room too!

This is an awesome property, Loved the fishing and live farm animals. Peaceful and quiet. Kim was an awesome host greeting us in the morning and always offering help if we needed anything.

I went to the Bass Masters Classic during my stay. Everything was great with the accommodations. If I go to the lake again I will without a doubt book again.

We got the honeymoon suite. The place was wonderful We were unaware that the plumbing was open on the ceiling and we could hear water running when the people above us would flush their toilet. We didn’t hear anything else.The place had more fun activities to do and even baby goats! The room was equipped with a full fridge and freezer. Coffee making, toaster oven and hot plate. It was very close to town and wonderfully managed.We will definitely return!

The property is beautiful, the room was comfortable, the stay was quiet and peaceful. Definitely would visit again.
