Stayed Dec 31, 1969The property and the owners were wonderful. We had to force ourselves to leave because we had such a good time talking to them. It’s too bad that VRBO didn’t communicate properly. Luckily it worked out in the end.

Stayed Oct 7, 2025This was a super cute and quiet place! The drive to town was easy and missed the traffic by going in the back way to Round Top. We were there for the market and traffic can get crazy! Jim and Jean were awesome hosts…so friendly and welcoming! We also had everything you could need…would definitely recommend!

Stayed Oct 4, 2025Quaint apartment in a serene setting convenient to Round Top. This property is very clean! You will get a good nights sleep on the great mattresses. The snacks left by the hosts were a welcome surprise. This is a great spot to spend a few nights while exploring the area. FYI-the door can lock automatically so make sure you memorize the code. LOL!!!

Stayed Mar 24, 2025This was a perfect stay for our quick trip to the Round Top antiques show. About 15 minutes easy drive from town. Peaceful! Lovely hosts who went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and even help with a flat tire.
