Cosy Parisian 1Bdr Flat - Prime Location le Marais

We loved the balcony, watching the world go by

I don’t normally provide reviews, but I saw someone mention how small this flat was. I found it to be larger than I expected for a European flat. It boasts GORGEOUS old chevron wood flooring, the terrace and the view out the large windows is just breathtaking. We wished there was the patio table as seen in the ad, but we made due. We took a bike tour of Marais and the Latin Quarter and learned that older flats were built without bathrooms, so the above floor plumbing that can be seen in the bath made so much sense (and I loved learning that history). Once we figured out the fob and keys, getting in and out was easy, but something keyless would have been great. My only suggestion would be to have some key items on site that guests can use so they don’t have to purchase everything they may need. Simple items like salt, pepper, small packets of cream and sugar for coffee and perhaps more than 3 coffee pods. Other than not being prepared to purchase those basic items (which wasn’t a big deal honestly) we LOVED the flat, the location, the bright windows, and would definitely stay again!

The apartment is small, but fits to your need if your plan to be out all day touring. It was lovely to have the small patio to enjoy some bread and cheese and wine in the evenings over looking the street. The location is great, the shops next door supplies for anything you could need, location is quite close to Norte Came and Sainte Chapelle, only about 8 min from metro that accesses to all other key tourist locations. The beds weren’t that comfortable and they could use new pillows. But the overall needs for staying in this apartment were met and we very much enjoyed our first stay in Paris in such a great area.

The location and functionality of the place were magical. Two draw backs. The bed was uncomfortable and their is a group of regulars that sit at the bench across the street. Weekend is another group that talks till 3-4am.

A perfect location and apartment to explore Paris and live like a local. So great!

Small yet very clean & quaint apartment. Finding the location to pick up keys was a bit challenging based on the instructions, but after that things were very smooth and communication was good. Location was a bit noisy with several bars nearby.

This was an easy rental with the lessor being easily accessible. All went well. We enjoyed our stay. The apt is located in the Maris district which is a friendly and exciting location. The apartment is clean, bright and comfortable. I would recommend this landlord and apt!

Nothing fancy going on here, but this apartment is clean and the small terrace is adorable. The location is just great if you like a lively neighborhood atmosphere. Super easy access to all metro lines, too. It was perfect for two people.
