The area is residential and there are all nearby merchants.

You will love to live in the heart of Paris with its historic monuments. You are not far from everything, boutiques for shopping and restaurants for gourmets.
Remember the zoological gardens one of Parisian attractions to 3 minutes walk and the Louis Vuitton museum is near.

Yves provided a high quality place for us to stay in Paris, very close to the activities we wanted to partake in. The house was in great conditions, however it was unfortunate that he didn't meet us in person and that he charged us extra unexpectedly. We look forward to meeting him in the near future. This cute spacious one bedroom, one bathroom was close to the Metro station at Porte Maillot. In a secured residential building with a front desk so felt safe. Unit was fairly clean. Not luxurious with utilitarian basic furnishings. Doesn't have AC or any ceiling fans so could potentially be warm on a hot summer day. But has a drop down window covering that allowed the window to remain open at nights. Bathroom was ok without any additional toilet paper towards the last day of our stay. Towels were basic. Didn't see any additional supply closet for toilet paper or shower/soap supply. Did not use the kitchen but had a nice refrigerator. Has a small washer in the bathroom but didn't use it during this stay. Owner very helpful communicating via emails and responded quickly.

We appreciated our stay in Paris. The apartment was well located, close to the Palais des congrès, groceries stores, métro, fondation Vuitton, restaurants. We appreciated the security. We Will recommand maybe better bathtowels, and bed sheets. Maybe more fourniture Like bed side tables and a bigger tv. Maybe add something cooking ustencils. Wifi was perfect. Thank you.

Landlords were responsive, helpful, left us a start of coffee & filters along with a small start of food. Very much appreciated. Apartment was clean, spacious, functional & in a good location.
