The space
The apartment is on the 1st floor of a beautiful building in a quiet street, there is both an elevator and a stairway for easy access. You enter the 30m2 studio through a small entrance area leading you to the living room.
The queen bed is on a gallery accessible via a small stairway - please check the pictures for reference.
Two large windows and a comfy pull-out double sofa in front of a 40" Smart TV with Netflix make up the living room.
A small kitchen with a ceramic hob and oven, and a bathroom with a shower complements the space.
Help yourself to a warm cup of pod coffee or tea while surfing the internet either on WiFi or Ethernet, ideal if you need a faster connection for work.
The windows face the courtyard of the 1822 built building with unique features.
