The property is located in the Stancija Portun district, just 2.5 km from Porec and the nearest beach. The Kaufland shopping centre is approximately 150 m away. Set on a 5,000 m² fenced plot, the complex offers a beautiful garden with flowers and olive trees, a covered car park for several cars, a brick barbecue with garden furniture and a 50 m² swimming pool surrounded by greenery and located separately. Residence Lorena has a total of ten newly furnished holiday apartments in themain house and in bungalows. On the ground floor of the house there is a holiday apartment for six to seven people and on the first floor there is one for six to eight people. The other holiday apartments are located in four double bungalows. Each bungalow has two holiday apartments for four to five people each. All holiday apartments are air-conditioned and have WiFi. The holiday apartment has a living area of 55 m² and features a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed for one person and a dining area – all in one room – satellite TV, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two separate beds and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. At the entrance, there is a beautiful covered terrace with garden furniture and a view of the garden.
