    Fantastic location.. literally 5 mins to the cathedral, no soundproofing from apartment above but didn’t cause too much of a problem, pool on roof was small but lovely to have after a full days sightseeing however no sun beds or chairs had to lie on floor

    Taxi took us to the building right from the airport. Manager met us at the door and showed us the place. Gave some recommendations of restaurants and Flamenco and we were off. Walked all over and had an amazing time. When we came back we always had this home away from home to relax and regroup to head out again. Close to EVERYTHING!!!! its literally in the heart of everything. Highly recommend this place. Super easy and a quiet retreat after a day/night of insane walking and enjoying. Will be back.

    Lovely apartment for two in a quiet street in the heart of old Seville. The pool was great to cool off after a hot day sight seeing and we were just a few minutes walk in many directions to restaurants and the major sites. Ground floor flat and it kept cool in the hot weather.

    This appartment is perfectly located in the heart of the old Seville within walking distance from everything (restaurants, monuments, parks, supermarket, plazas, etc). Upon arrival, we had to wait around 40 minutes for the host to show up, which led to a lot of confusion and frustration, especially being with young kids. This was quickly solved by a nice host who apologized and explained everything then handed off the keys. The appartment was clean but a bit dark due to poor outside light getting in. The main bed is comfortable but the sofa-bed matress needs to be changed. All the necessary amenities where provided apart from a hoven. The little patio isn’t really appealing due to being a dirty and bellow upper residents windows. The neighbors smoke and you can get cigarette smell inside the appartment at times. The pool on the roof of the building is super to cool off with the kids after a hot day of walking in this gorgeous city. There is no parking at the building so you’ll have to leave your car at the nearest (6 minutes walk) underground parking for 25€/day but you can leave you car briefly in front of the main building door to unload/load the luggages. The communication with the host was perfect after the initial issue upon arrival.

    Safe and secure. Representative very friendly. Liked the change of linens+ Towels after one week. Apartment a little dark. Understand the design of the buildings to maintain some “ coolness”.

    We LOVED our stay here and we loved Seville. It was our favorite part of our trip to Spain. The building is beautiful, quiet, and centrally located. The pool was key, we took a break from the heat and walking every day to let our daughter swim. We also loved our little interior patio. The apartment was clean and comfortable and I Ioved the shower! The rental company communicated well. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

    The apartment is in a great residential location in the heart of Seville. Close to all attractions, restaurants and groceries. The apartment itself is clean, bright and lots of room for 2 people. We arrived a few hours earlier than expected on a Saturday and the Genteel-Home were very accommodating in meeting up with us. The apartment lived up to its listing description. Only real area for improvement is that bedding (mattress and pillows) could be of a more comfortable quality.
