The apartment features a spacious living and dining room of 35 m2, thoughtfully furnished in a modern style and offering direct access to a generous 100 m2 terrace, partly roofed, as well as to the swimming pool. 2 of the bedrooms are each equipped with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each of these rooms benefits from its own private shower and WC, as well as a flat-screen satellite TV. The third bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A separate shower and WC serves the remaining areas of the apartment. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space, making it ideal for both relaxed family meals and more formal dining occasions.
