3: The communal pool is opened from: 09:00am to 22:00pm

4: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 persons; exceeding this number is not permitted.

5: The apartment is in a residential complex. Parties and excessive noise after 22:00 are prohibited.

6: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.

7: There is construction in the surrounding neighborhood, which may cause noise pollution during the day.

    Brand new appartment, extremely well equipped. Massive outdoor balcony with wonderful views. Just wished we could have stayed longer.....
