Situated on the fourth floor, the apartment has a cozy yet open living and dining area. The living space features a two-seat sofa, an armchair, a TV (with Google Chrome), and air conditioning (hot/cold). Adjacent to this is a dining table for four, creating a comfortable space to gather. The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and water kettle. There is also a small laundry area with a washing machine for added convenience.
