HOUSING
You will have the entire accommodation (400m2 on two levels) which can accommodate, very comfortably, up to 8 adults and 2 young children (not counting babies!). It has 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 4 walk-in closets, a large open kitchen, a double living room, a library and 2 covered terraces, one of which is nearly 100 m2.
All bedrooms, the double living room and the library are air conditioned. All rooms and terraces are equipped with ceiling fans.

DAILY HOUSE SERVICE
The rental price includes a house service 4 hours a day, from 8 am to noon, which is provided by Reina, our trusted lady.
She will prepare your breakfast with the food you have provided, do the dishes, the beds and the cleaning of the bathrooms and the accommodation, in all discretion. In addition, for an hourly cost or a fixed price to be agreed in advance, she can prepare your meals for lunch and dinner, do laundry and ironing or even babysitting.

You can enjoy your breakfast and your meals on the terrace of the first level while taking advantage of the superb clear view on the ocean and the green hills. In the evening, after a beautiful day at the beach or in the pool, the large covered terrace on the second floor will welcome you to relax, have a drink while listening to music, surf the web or television, enjoy the games available or simply marvel at the beautiful sunsets, lying on one of the hammocks.

BABY KIT
A Baby Kit is available free of charge. It includes 1 baby cot (0 to 3 years old),
1 changing table, 1 highchair, 1 bathtub, dishes, and potty.

CHILD SEAT
2 highchairs, for children from 3 to 6 years old, are also at your free disposal.

CAR PARK
Parking is free in the residence. A reserved place is at the foot of the accommodation. Additional vehicles can be parked near the swimming pools.

The residence has its own electric generator which compensates for frequent cuts from the local supplier.

STAIRS
The accommodation includes steps stairs : 16 steps to access the 1st level of housing and 16 steps to access the 2nd level.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
A few days before your arrival, we will contact you by e-mail to organize your arrival and your stay as well as possible.
Our manager will welcome you upon your arrival. He will present the accommodation and the functioning of his equipment to you and will take the reading of the electricity meter with you.
He will also be present when you leave.
