Right of Admission
The property management reserves the right of admission at all times. Guests who fail to comply with house rules, engage in illegal activities, or behave in a manner that threatens the safety, security, or comfort of the apartment or other residents may be asked to leave immediately without refund. Management also reserves the right to deny entry to anyone not registered as a guest.
No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. You may smoke in designated outdoor areas if available.
No Parties or Events:
To maintain a peaceful environment for all residents, parties and loud gatherings are not permitted.
Quiet Hours:
Please respect quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
Guests & Visitors:
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please inform us in advance if you expect any visitors.
Security & Building Access:
This is a secure building — kindly ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the apartment.
Cleanliness:
Please keep the apartment tidy and treat it with care. Weekly cleaning is provided, but additional services can be arranged on request.
Respect the Neighbours:
Be considerate of others living in the building excessive noise or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
No Pets (Unless Approved):
Pets are not permitted unless prior approval has been granted.
Electricity Usage:
The apartment is loaded with a limited amount of electricity for your stay. Any usage beyond this will be billed to the guest account.
