Located on the ground floor, this 1 bedroom unit offers everything you need for a cozy getaway. Enter through the locked gate to your own patio with a large alfresco dining table and BBQ to cook up more extravagant meals than the simple kitchenette allows. Enter the lounge area complete with large large-screen TV and a hidden kitchen. Cabinets house your microwave, full-size fridge, toaster, and kettle. Also hidden away is a kitchen sink and washing machine. Relax fully in the comfy queen bed with hotel luxury linen provided.
A large bathroom with a shower completes the space. The outdoor shower ensures that you'll be rinsing off all the sand in minutes from your many jaunts to the beach to soak up the sun and feel the saltry breeze.

Kindly observe the 10 am check-out time so our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning standards.

Please leave the home neat and tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.

If smoking occurs on the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings and carpet deodorizing.

Please try not to misplace keys or fobs; any replacement fees will need to be passed on to our guests.

    Yeah was really happy where the unit was close to the beach and nice and quiet , that was a comfy bed first time sleep in a foam bed

    The property was exactly what I was after for my work. Close to the beach, easily accessible from the street, basic cooking facilities. The adjoining room had a toddler who loved to play and squeal early in the mornings, which was ok for me because I was up early. Others may find this problematic especially if they like to sleep in.

    I loved this little gem: ground floor, very comfy bed, kitchen more than adequate for my stay, magnificent boardwalk along the headland only a 5 minute walk away. The lounge is looking a little tired but was comfortable. For someone like myself who enjoys writing, I would have appreciated a small chair/desk inside. The microwave was above head height - a bit nerve-racking for lifting hot food out and down. Would I recommend? Would I stay again. Absolutely!
