The open concept living and dining area has a large window for plenty of natural light.

The first bedroom is spacious and bright with lots of windows. It has a king size bed and a TV with Roku device for streaming. This room also has a workspace set up with a desk and office style chair.

The second room is of average size, with a queen size bed, and a small closet to unpack. This room does not have a window.

The kitchenette offers a functional layout with adequate counter space, fully stocked cabinets and drawers, a full size sink, microwave, toaster, 2 burner hotplate, a compact refrigerator/freezer, and a coffee bar with drip coffee maker, a coffee grinder and electric kettle.

    Hidden gem in the U district. Location was great for visiting our son who is a student at UW. Easy walk to restaurants, grocery stores and light rail. Space was extremely clean and just as described in the listing. One thing I would mention is that the parking space is not suited for large vehicles. We have a Toyota Grand Highlander and barely fit, had we brought our truck I’m not sure where we would have parked.

    We had a lovely stay in the house. Although a bit noisy as it was already indicated in the listing, it did not bother us much. We love the convenient location of the house, as it closes to everything, the Link, Safeway, UW, U-district, etc. We will rent again.
