The decor is PERFECTION. Everything you need in a kitchen to cook. The air purifier/fan in the sleeping cubby was a really nice touch. Great bathroom. NETFLIX!!!! The hosts are super great at communicating. This was my parents' first time experiencing a rental property and not staying at a hotel and they were beyond impressed. We all loved it so much. Close to the entrance to the Biltmore which is why we came.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Everything about the property was as described and better. We will definitely rebook.

The accommodations were just as described and it was immaculate! Meka is an excellent communicator and although we didn't need anything during our stay, I felt comfortable asking! The mountain views were great and we enjoyed the wild turkey that visited! It was a perfect stay!

The accommodations themselves were very nice—clean, comfortable, and overall a pleasant place to stay. However, there were a couple things that weren’t clear in the listing. It wasn’t disclosed that the owners would be on site during our stay, which made the experience feel less private than we expected. The listing also stated there was a washer and dryer in the unit, but they were actually behind a locked door and required contacting the owner to access them. Neither issue ruined the stay, but having those details disclosed ahead of time would have helped us set expectations.

I almost don’t want others to find out what a gem this is! The hosts were so responsive and made sure we had what we needed. The thought put into the small touches and notes around the space made all the difference in comparison to other rentals I’ve been in.It’s a perfect place for a couple, or even those with kiddos as the sleeping nook was a HUGE hit with my 14 year old niece. The location is central to all this Asheville. This will be the 1st place I’d look at booking the next time we travel to Asheville.

We had the loveliest stay at Greyscott! We were lucky enough to catch snow while we were there, and it was the perfect spot to be snowed in for the day! The beds were comfy, we had everything we needed, enjoyed the games, and they even provided delicious coffee complete with half & half. Loved the stonework, natural wood countertops, and eclectic art work. Even better than expected and we will definitely stay again! Hosts were exceptionally kind! :)

It was alot of super sweet decor. And nice sweet place. Loved the bed cove, loved the kitchen fully furnished. Loved the fire place. Loved the shower! Super close to everything. I have cremor waiting!!

The property is everything that is described and more. Well thought out design and great amenities. Easy check-in and hosts are great communicators. Love the off street parking. Would definitely stay here again

Great little downstairs apartment that had everything we needed for a weekend getaway! Loved the decor and it was super cozy on a cold weekend. For two people, it was perfect.

It was an absolute, pleasant, quaint, nostalgic trip convenient to downtown. Also convenient to the Biltmore. I would highly recommend if it is a quick getaway with you and your significant other I would strongly recommend and look forward to coming back.!

This cozy cottage was fully equipped with everything one could need. Clean surroundings and beautifully decorated. Michael was a great host. I would definitely come and stay there again at my bext visit.

Charming apartment. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and very comfortable beds. The hosts were very attentive and thoughtful. The location was absolutely perfect for us. So convenient to shopping and eateries, minutes from downtown Asheville! I would recommend GrayScott to anyone looking for a comfy getaway.

Great little place! Cute and cozy, good location and lovely communicative owners. Would have been a five star except for the crickets and spiders that came into the place every evening. But this is due to it being fall and a basement apartment. Just more than we could handle.

Best stay ever

This was one of the coziest, cutest, and comfiest places I've ever stayed. Meka and David were attentive and created a delighftul atmosphere.

I booked a trip for my wife and her best friend for a ladies getaway. David and Meka were very communicative and super helpful. Other hosts could learn from them! The location is great, being so close to downtown. The apartment has many unique and special touches. David and Meka were very accommodating. This is a lovely property in a comfortable and quiet setting. I felt secure and private. Mika and David were very helpful. The information they provided about the apartment, including how to find it, how to get into it, where to park, and how to access Wi-Fi was very clear and helpful.When I broke one of the small appliances, both of them were very reassuring, and simply took care of the problem. It was clearly their intention to make me feel OK about having had an accident. They are excellent hosts who think of many ways to make a person feel good about having chosen to stay with them.

Hosts were responsive and thoughtful. Bed was very comfortable. The high quality French press coffee was a favorite feature of our stay. Our daughter loved the cozy sleeping nook. Thanks for your hospitality!

The house is in a very convenient location and on a quiet street. The hosts were great and very welcoming all throughout the process from booking to the end of our stay. There were a lot of lovely personal touches throughout the vrbo and we really appreciated all the helpful instructions the hosts left for things like the DVD player, a/c, shower heater, etc. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.

Great place, close to downtown and easy to access

Place was great. Location was perfect. Streets were skinny but easy to get to. Our only improvement would be a hot tub.
