The Space:

From the 35th floor of the Waikiki Banyan, you’re perfectly positioned to enjoy breezy mornings, beach days, and relaxed evenings above the rhythm of the city - all in a climate that stays inviting year-round.



Sleeping arrangements

This one-bedroom condo accommodates up to four guests. The bedroom features a king bed, room-darkening shades, and closet storage, separated from the living space by a sliding panel door. In the living area, a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space. Extra pillows and blankets are provided for comfort.



Living area

After a day out, unwind with a 43 inch HDTV with standard cable, WiFi, and an Ethernet connection. Window AC helps maintain a comfortable indoor temperature, while large windows keep the ocean presence close throughout the day.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, whether you’re starting the day with breakfast before the beach or enjoying a relaxed dinner in. A dining table and counter seating provide space to gather and plan the next adventure.



Bathroom & essentials

The bathroom includes a bathtub with shower and bathroom essentials. Fresh linens, towels, and clothing storage help you settle in with ease.

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 18, 2026.



Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:

• Three brand-new hot tubs

• A brand-new sauna

• All new loungers and daybeds

• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating

    It was overall great and i want to come back. One small thing was that the water pressure from the shower heads was too low, but it was not a big problem once i was used to.

    The property was great! An older building but expected in downtown. Was a great walk to the beach and the cafe and mini mart downstairs were awesome. Parking at the garage was good except when you come late at night and the lot is full - there’s barely any spots left since it’s shared between all the hotels. Other than that a great stay!

    This unit has a great view of the ocean! The unit is clean and has enough of the basics to get you started. The Waikiki Banyan is walking distance to food & beaches so it makes for a perfect Hawaii experience.

    I did not realize that we would be on the 35th floor of a high rise. Would not have booked it if I had realized that as I am not fond of heights. The room was clean and comfortable.

    We had a great experience staying at the property. We were a block away from the zoo and a block away from the beach. We were on the 35th floor which allowed for grand views of Waikiki Beach and surrounding parks. Only time we used our car during the trip was to go explore the east side of the island and north shore. We recommend this property and will be looking for it again for our next visit. Thank you!
