Stayed Sep 30, 2022The property and check in process worked perfectly for us. However, the pushy concierge people (aka sales people) were terrible. Made the experience not a 5 star. Plus after asking them to NOT charge my card on file the $40, they did it anyway. :(

Stayed May 20, 2022Super convenient location next to shopping (target, cvs, and restaurants. Easy parking across valet for $15/day or valet for $20/day. At Pool you can use bbq grill for your own food and drinks. Quiet and clean. Easy in and out.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great location and property. I had an issue at check-in that was entirely my fault and had to have the owner woken up in what was the middle of his night to assist me. So incredibly grateful he was able to help. Then the hotel upgraded our room! Rented the room for a long weekend and it was worth it. Thank you!

Stayed Jan 7, 2019My stay at Polo Towers was exactly as I hoped. I was in town for a business meeting, and Polo Towers was convenient to the places I needed to go without all the usual distractions of Las Vegas. I couldn't be more pleased.
