It is conveniently located in Mountain Cove, a private and safe gated-community in Indian Wells, surrounded by the rugged Santa Rosa Mountains, landscaped with palm trees, flowers, cactus and fruit trees, located next to the prestigious Indian Wells Tennis Gardens and Country Club. The Indian Wells Golf Resort, with 2 world-class golf courses, is just across the street. The Mountain Cove Community features 3 refreshing swimming pools (one salt water and two regular).
This property is centrally located ― downtown Palm Springs and the airport are just a short drive away, as is El Paseo, the desert’s own “Rodeo Drive.” La Quinta Resort and Club is also nearby offering a large variety of restaurants and shopping boutiques. You will conveniently find restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, shops, golf courses and entertainment all within walking distance along a beautifully maintained “green belt” path. And, Coachella Music Fest/Stagecoach location is just 6 miles away.
“The Weiskopf Suite” ― Guests will enjoy the vaulted ceilings in this open floor plan studio. The remodeled kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops with a convenient breakfast bar that seats two. The sleeping area offers a king-size bed, a nightstand and dresser drawers for storage. There is one bathroom with a walk-in shower, upgraded finishes, and a washer and dryer. The small eating area and airy living room with flat screen hdtv open up with sliding glass doors to a large, private, covered deck, surrounded by palm trees, with mountain and pool views. The deck features a gas barbecue, dining table & four chairs. This property is located just steps from the pool.

Our week was very pleasant and the condo, grounds and location were just as described. We would most certainly rent this unit again in the future. Perfect for just the two of us. Nice walk to a couple of good brunch places nearby. No issues at all. Questions to the owner were promptly returned. Thankfully there are two additional pools a very short walk away, as the one nearest the unit was dominated by a noisy family with teenagers most of the week. Grateful we could enjoy peace and quiet at the other pools.

My husband and I had an amazing stay in the Weiskopf Suite. It was clean and many amenities. I've never been in a vacation rental that had such a well stocked kitchen as the Weiskopf. It made making meals a breeze. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained, we were able to pick oranges and grapefruit from the many trees they have on the property and they were the sweetest and juiciest we've ever had. View was amazing and it felt like we were in our own little oasis. The snow topped mountains were also beautiful to see. The condo is tucked up next to the mountain and is so quiet! We were surprised we couldn't hear any traffic noise. There was plenty of parking and we never had an issue with finding a space even late into the evening. We spent most of our afternoons lounging by the pool and enjoying the beautiful weather. La Quinta is a beautiful town with everything you could ever need. I was in awe of how clean and beautiful the area was. Communication with the property owner was top notch. We have no complaints about the property or location, we're definitely hoping to make another trip out to the area and stay at the Weiskopf or in another one of their properties.

This is a very nice property. Well stocked kitchen, very neat and clean. Enjoyed using the grill on the deck. The mattress and the pillows are wonderful! nice shower too. Kelly was quick to respond to any questions. We would stay again!

This was the 3rd or 4th time we vacationed in Mountain Cove. We enjoy the unique surroundings an d the amenities that this lovely area has to offer. Everything was very nice.

We really enjoyed the unit - especially the large terrace, high ceilings and well appointed kitchen and pantry. The view of the pool, palms and rocky vista was especially lovely at night with the on queue full moon! We appreciated being able to walk to the tennis garden for the tournament this past week which worked out to 8 km return… (as we were not crows) Many thanks Kelly. We hope to return again!

Forgot to mention that one of the taps in the bathroom leaks at the base and some dripping under the sink. Shower drain needs a clean to help water run. These are little things that can happen anywhere so overall we really enjoyed our stay here. Bed was comfy, kitchen well stocked, and seating comfortable.

We absolutely LOVED our stay. It was JUST like the pictures and cozy, comfortable and beautiful in so many ways. We walked in and immediately said “We’re coming back!” The area is great! Lots of fun restaurants and golf courses right down the street. We didn’t have to interact with the manager or owners as the place was well stocked with what was needed for our stay and there were no issues at all. The neighbors and gate staff were also very helpful and kind! Would recommend to any couple or 2-3 close friends! Thank you Kelly, Dave and Martha for having such a great place and keeping it so nice for your guests!
