The Space:
THIS UNIT IS A NON SMOKING AND NON PET FRIENDLY UNIT.
This cute studio is perfect for a small family. Unit 140 boasts a queen size bed and pull out couch and basic stocked kitchen. This unit will be more than accommodating for you and your family's vacation.
Copper Chase Condominiums still holds the title of the premier complex in all of Brian Head. You will have access to Pool, Spa, Gym, Saunas, Locker Rooms, Lobby equipped with WiFi, Common area kitchen for larger groups, and Coin-op Laundry Facilities. Our Complex also is set for ski out capabilities to the Navajo Mountain. Please remember we are a condo complex, not a hotel. Please contact your Property Manager for any assistance you might require. All units are individually furnished, please ask Property Manager if your condo has a specific amenity. (i.e. blow dryers, crock pots, roasting pans etc.)

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN ANY COPPER CHASE UNITS BY RENTAL GUESTS. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO REMOVE THE PET IMMEDIATELY. IF YOU BRING A PET, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $250 FEE, PLUS A $50.00 PER HOUR FEE TO CLEAN THE UNIT. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Children under 5 may not use a public spa pool under any circumstances. Children under the age of 3 (and anyone not in control of their bowel) must wear swim diapers and waterproof pants beneath their swimsuits to provide three layers of protection against a fecal release event. No solo bathing, and children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older. These are state law requirements.
Wristbands are required and are located in the unit.
No food or glass is allowed in the pool area.
POOL HOURS: 10AM - 10PM
UNDERGROUND PARKING IS ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.
Great location. Indoor parking is a plus. No dishwasher, but has most everything else. We would stay there again.
Our condo inside was clean with a computer bed. The common spaces were dingy faded and needing repairs and the pool & hot tub were under renovation.
Perfect Cozy Spot for our time at the slopes. Great communication and friendly.
We enjoyed our stay. It is a good location to base from and to visit other areas, yet come back for the night. The unit was nice and clean. I recommend this place to all.
Building was clean and conveniently located. Only complaint was that the room and complete interior of the building was quite warm. I assume this is not a problem in the winter, but for a summer getaway to cool off, it was difficult to sleep because the room never cooled off, even with the supplied window fan.
