Completely renovated 66 sqm apartment in the pedestrian area of La Spezia

Incredible apartment in La Spezia, perfect for taking the elevator down and joining the night life the town offers, or staying in and enjoying the beautiful apartment. Communication was top notch, Georgio actually met us there for check in and gave us a lot of recommendations and showed us around the property.The apartment was spotless, comfortable bedding and amenities were perfect for us. Hopefully will be back again and will definitely book this again! Look no further!

Wonderful hosts! Perfect location. All the little touches in the apartment from some fruit and snacks and wine to great restaurant recommendations. I would live in this apartment if I could. I hope to be back and stay right here and totally recommend it to everyone!!!

Great location and beautiful apartment. Georgio found a parking spot for us a block away which was much appreciated. He gave us lots of information on the area. Highly recommend this property!!

Couldn’t be happier we chose this place. Host and hostess are so kind! They not only greeted us personally they stocked us up with fruit, snacks, coffee, etc etc so we wouldn’t have to worry about going out to get . The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean as a whistle and has 2 balconies. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Lovely stay. Well equipped apartment and presented in a lovely way. Hosts left us some food and some wine for our stay too which was very kind.

This is a very clean large apartment. Located in a central very convenient area. Hostess is very nice and helpful. The apartment was well stocked with snacks and coffee and kitchen equipments.

We loved our stay here and loved sitting on the balcony and watching the outdoor restaurants come to life. Also having a market just a few steps away added to our experience.

The apartment is new, spacious, well thought out in design. All modern appliances, bedding is fantastic, bathroom facilities are excellent. Kitchen is well appointed and stocked with staple pantry requirements. Location is great, you are in the heart of town with many eateries and shopping near by Hosts are excellent, prompt communicative and informative. If you're coming by car there is a car park nearby with 2 hour paid parking, after you dump luggage you can park about a 1km walk away for free. Unlike me remember to bring documents on arrival for local police requirements as the hosts have to submit this as well as some cash for a local travel tax. Travelling to Cinque Terra is best by ferry 42 euros for the day pass - earliest ferry is 9am and you will be able to visit three of the five towns which leaves you enough time to have lunch a swim and walk about, also you will need to buy the walking pass which is 17.50 euros to walk the new sea ledge trail from the three southern towns - it's an expensive day out but worth it

A very very comfortable place to stay. The photos do not give it justice. The little extras made it even better. Georgia is such a welcoming man. Great location. Our hosts were fantastic, meeting us outside the property and enthusiastically giving us a tour of the unit and providing tips about the local area. Ideally located close to the waterfront, restaurants, market, and the main walkway. We could not have asked for more from this beautiful property, and the hospitality shown to make this a magical visit. Thank you so much!
